Pair of Postmodern Italian 'T-Line' Chairs by Arflex
An avant-garde offering from a celebrated Italian company.
This bold design by Burkhard Vogtherr re-imagines the armchair. Gone is the traditional form and in it's place are two rectangular fabric slabs, suspended by playful black pipes. It's a highly graphic offering that perfectly captures the vibrancy of the 1980s.
Italian firm Arflex has a celebrated reputation for innovation, pushing boundaries and collaborating with architects and designers who share a passion for bold, forward focused design. During the 1980s Arflex remained at the forefront of a new direction in design as seen in this iconic offering.
