A substantial and beautifully crafted NZ-made coffee table in rich mahogany, built in the classic 'plank' style. The generous rectangular top features gently rounded edges, while the slatted lower magazine shelf adds a practical touch without compromising the clean lines of the design.
Elegantly tapered, cigar-shaped legs bring a refined Scandinavian-influenced character that was hugely popular locally during the period. A versatile and handsome piece that works equally well in a period interior or a contemporary setting.
