We love this playful chair which feels reminiscent of the work of leading Danish architects like Finn Juhl or Kurt Ostervig, this is a piece full of mid-century optimism and character.
A moulded plywood backrest creates a comfortable, enclosed space to sit, supported by a curved bolster cushion to the back and the wonderfully unique, sculptural solid teak armrests. We've gone with the original concept of the chair's textile which was a contrast look, tying in all the elements with a velvet fabric.
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior...
